1. Scope and operator / 适用范围与运营方

This policy applies to the Speaking Lab website and digital speaking-practice service. Speaking Lab is operated by the merchant identified on your applicable checkout and receipt. Privacy questions can be sent to support@sivitahub.com.

2. Information we collect / 我们收集的信息

• Account data such as phone number or email, password hash, account settings, login and security records.
• Learning data such as selected topics, answers, transcripts, scores, corrections, vocabulary, progress, and review history.
• Audio and technical evidence created when a learner records a practice or mock-test answer.
• Device, browser, IP-derived security signals, diagnostics, and service usage needed to operate and protect the service.
• Order, product, amount, currency, status, provider reference, and entitlement records. Speaking Lab does not receive or store full payment-card details from Creem's hosted checkout.
• Support messages and attachments that a customer chooses to submit.

3. How information is used / 信息用途

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver speaking practice, process audio, generate requested learning feedback, preserve learning history, enforce quotas and ownership, fulfil verified purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or publish private recordings, transcripts, reports, or support messages.

4. Service providers and international processing / 服务商与跨境处理

Speaking Lab uses specialised providers for cloud hosting, email delivery, speech recognition and synthesis, AI analysis, domestic payments, and international payments. International purchases are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Depending on the learner's location and the provider used, information may be processed in another country. We apply access controls, signed requests, ownership checks, and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

5. Retention and security / 保存与安全

We retain account, learning, transaction, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, comply with accounting or legal requirements, and enforce this policy. Data scheduled for deletion may remain in protected backups for a limited recovery period.

We use password hashing, private storage, authenticated access, encrypted transport, audit records, and least-privilege operational controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights / 用户选择与权利

You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting support@sivitahub.com. We may need to verify account ownership and may retain records required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, security, or law.

7. Children, updates, and contact / 未成年人、更新与联系

A learner below the age at which they can consent to online services in their location must use Speaking Lab with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may update this policy when the product, providers, or law changes; the current date appears at the top of this page.
