This Acceptable Use Policy prohibits unlawful content, harmful conduct, examination misconduct, payment fraud, account abuse, security attacks, and misuse of Speaking Lab AI services.
Permitted use / 允许的用途
Speaking Lab is intended for lawful English speaking practice, IELTS Speaking familiarisation, personal review, and learning improvement. Users may record their own answers and use generated feedback for personal study.
Prohibited use / 禁止的用途
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, sexually exploitative, threatening, hateful, or harmful content or conduct.
- Impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, or uploading content without the required rights or consent.
- Using the service to cheat in a live examination, submit work falsely represented as solely human-created, or violate another institution's rules.
- Payment fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, account resale, credential sharing, or evasion of quotas and access controls.
- Automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, malware, vulnerability exploitation, prompt extraction, reverse engineering beyond applicable legal rights, or attempts to access another user's data.
- Using Speaking Lab to build or distribute a competing dataset, model, or service from private outputs without written permission.
Enforcement and reporting / 执行与举报
We may limit or suspend activity needed to investigate abuse, protect users, secure payments, or preserve system integrity. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination and may be reported where required by law.
